**NEW** Brigham and Women's long covid recovery partnership

Rise Above POTS is thrilled to announce that through a generous donor, patients who are part of the Brigham and Women's Hospital Long Covid Recovery Center are now eligible to partake in the partnership program. 

The program entails an initial 90 minute physical therapy evaluation and 5 follow up physical therapy treatments. All sessions are completed virtually. 

 Eligible patients:

• You are a patient at the Brigham and Women's Hospital Long Covid Recovery Center

• You are experiencing symptoms including dizziness, light headedness, orthostatic intolerance, activity intolerance, among many more.

• You have a method to measure your heart rate (Examples: pulse oximeter, Apple Watch, FitBit, etc.)

• You do NOT have Medicare as a primary or secondary insurer

• You reside in Massachusetts (Due to our current licensing laws, we are only able to treat patients residing in state)

 In order to be considered for the partnership program you will first undergo a 10-15 minute phone or email screen to determine if you are an appropriate cadidate to receive treatment. If so, a 90 minute physical therapy evaluation will be scheduled followed by 5 weekly follow-up treatments. To determine if you are an eligible candidate please register as a patient, and schedule your phone screen below.  We will call you at the time of the scheduled phone screen.

**Due to a very quick increase in patient registrations, we are working diligently on creating more phone screen slots, and hiring new therapists! Stay tuned for updates and please know that if you registered as a patient, we received your request!

Thanks to the generosity of a special donor, if you are accepted into the partnership program, you will pay absolutely nothing for the initial evaluation and 5 follow up treatments!

If you decide you require further treatment after the 5 treatments, you will pay according to the Rise Above POTS fees. Please see Physical Therapy Treatment section for details.
